Single sessions are designed for experienced clients who have completed a program with me or have undergone therapy, aiming for occasional skill enhancement and check-ins.
Additionally, new clients can opt for a single session if they seek a supportive conversation about circumstantial events and desire an objective and unbiased guide.
Single sessions are 1 hour, complete with relevant post-session activities tailored for skill development. For some sessions, I provide a fitting book via Audible as an alternative to skill work to further aid their progress.
